It is not possible to add an Arrow Data node from the model tree or toolbars in the COMSOL Desktop. It is only available from the COMSOL Multiphysics API and if you run a method from the Developer toolbar. See ArrowData in the COMSOL Multiphysics Programming Reference Manual.
