Continuous Energy Levels (Heterointerfaces)
The Continuous Energy Level subnode is available from the context menu (right-click the parent node) or from the Physics toolbar, Attributes menu for the Trap-Assisted Heterointerface Recombination boundary condition.
The settings for this node are the same as for Continuous Energy Levels (Boundaries). The only difference is thatnow there are two Carrier Capture sections, one for each side of the heterojunction.
