The Initial Values node adds initial values for the space charge density.

Enter values or expressions for the initial value of the Space charge density ρ (SI unit: C/m3). Enter an approximate guess for the space charge density in the volume and be coherent with the sign of the charge carriers being solved for. As an example, if the Charge number in Migration in the electric field is -1 enter a negative number for the initial value of the space charge density.
