In general, the output for the screening study includes at least two tables: the quantities of interest table and the MOAT table. The quantities of interest table contains all the sampled input parameters from the Morris method and quantities of interest computed with the COMSOL model. The MOAT table lists the MOAT mean and MOAT standard deviation for the input parameters, discussed in the Background section. When there are study-dependent QoIs in the study, there is an extra table, the MOAT Study-Dependent table. For each group of study-dependent QoIs, that is QoIs with the same parameter selections, there is also a MOAT Study-Dependent table that contains the same data as the MOAT table, but then transposed with respect to the study-dependent parameter (time, frequency, …) for plotting.
The MOAT table data is shown in 1D plot groups for global QoIs, where table annotation plots show the MOAT table data, with one plot for each quantity of interest. For the study-dependent QoIs there is a table plot for each MOAT Study-Dependent table, with the study-dependent parameter on the x-axis and the MOAT mean and MOAT standard deviation on the y-axis the visualize the dependency of the MOAT mean and MOAT standard deviation on the study-dependent parameter.
