Materials
COMSOL Multiphysics is equipped with built-in material properties for a number of common materials. Here, choose structural steel. The material is automatically assigned to all domains.

In the Materials toolbar, click Add Material
to open the Add Material window.

In the Add Material window under Built-In, click Structural steel.

Click the Add to Component button

In the Materials toolbar click Add Material
again to close the window.
