Corotating Frame
In the Structural Mechanics Module, the rigid domain is modeled in a space-fixed frame (in the absence of a Rotating Frame feature). In the Solid Rotor interface, however, it is always modeled in a rotating frame of reference. Therefore, frame acceleration terms must be included.
In the Solid Rotor interface, the frame acceleration terms added to rigid domains match those from added to linear elastic domains. That is by adding the weak contribution:
