Change Rotor Speed
Use the Change Rotor Speed node to selectively specify the speed of the rotor if it is different from what is specified in the interface. This feature is useful for multirotor systems operating at different speeds, for example, in a geared rotor system where the speed of the shafts is in the ratio specified by the gear ratio. Select either Revolutions per time or Angular velocity to choose the unit for the angular speed and then enter the value in the text field.
From version 6.4, the Change Rotor Speed feature can no longer be added to a Solid Rotor, or Solid Rotor, Fixed Frame interface. It is superseded by the Rotating Frame feature.
