The source terms for electron transport equations in the Electron Transport Theory section are determined by the plasma chemistry. In the Drift Diffusion interface, source terms must be either specified by the user or obtained from another interface. In contrast, the Plasma interface (described later in this document) automatically computes the source terms based on the defined plasma chemistry. For more details, see the Plasma Reactors Theory.
