Some problems have several load cases, multiple frequencies, or other inner sweeps that can be computed in parallel. This requires that you select the Distribute parametric solver checkbox in the Stationary, Frequency Domain, or other study step used for the inner sweep. This approach can be used with gradient-based optimization, and it tends to be more efficient than distributing each individual forward problem to different cluster nodes.
