Set up the Density Model feature to use Hyperbolic tangent projection with a projection slope equal to the beta parameter.

In the Model Builder Window, under Component 1 >Topology Optimization click Density Model.

Enable Hyperbolic tangent projection and set the projection slope to
beta.
