Set up a parametric sweep over the wafer angle.
Parametric Sweep

In the Study toolbar click Parametric Sweep .

In the Settings window for Parametric Sweep locate the Study Settings section. Click Add .

Click Range . Go to the Range dialog.

In the Start text field, type 0.

In the Step text field, type 20.

In the Stop text field, type 60.

Click the Add button.

In the Parameter unit text field, type deg.

In the Home toolbar, click Compute .
