Electrical Circuits
Many MEMS devices include accompanying electrical circuits, either integrated on the same chip or, increasingly, through connections to an adjacent chip that is packaged with the device. COMSOL Multiphysics includes tools to connect physical finite element models to electrical circuits as well as an Electric Circuits interface to model the circuits themselves.
