The Damper (
) feature connects a viscous damper between two nodes in the mechanical system.
Enter a component Name for the damper. The default name (for the first instance) is
C1.
Set the two Node names for the connecting nodes for the damper.
Enter the values of Initial displacement,
u. The initial values are used in a time dependent analysis.
