To turn off the synchronization of the material and layer selections clear the Generate selections from materials and Generate selections for layers checkboxes, respectively. After the next synchronization the selections based on materials and layers will not appear in the COMSOL model.

To confirm changes and close the COMSOL Selections window click Done. This step is necessary before synchronizing between AutoCAD® and COMSOL to transfer the selections.
