Begin by deleting some superfluous plot groups.

In the Model Builder window, under  Results, Ctrl-click to select

Right-click and choose Delete.

Click Delete.
Adjust the 2D plot group for the temperature.
Temperature (ht)

In the Model Builder window, select  Temperature (ht).

In the Label field, enter Temperature.

Locate the Plot Settings section.

Select the x-axis label checkbox. In the associated text field, type r (m).

Locate the Color Legends section. Select the Show units checkbox.
Surface 1

Expand the Temperature node, select Surface 1.

Click to expand the Range section. Select the Manual color range checkbox.

In the Maximum text field, type 400.

In the Temperature toolbar, click  Plot.

Click the  Zoom Extents button in the Graphics toolbar.
