Add the Electrolyte Potential node as a subnode to the Electrolyte Phase for a boundary with a fixed potential at a position in the electrolyte.

The node sets the potential in the electrolyte, ϕl, to be equal to the Boundary electrolyte potential, ϕl,bnd (SI unit: V). This node is unavailable if Solve for electrolyte phase potential is cleared in the interface top node.
