The Dielectric Interface, Surface Transport node is a default boundary feature for modeling surface charge dynamics at dielectric interfaces. The node is available when more than one dielectric medium in the Physical Model section is selected. It is always used together with the Dielectric Interface, Bulk Transport feature.
