In rare cases, try to increase the Maximum number of iterations (on the Fully Coupled, Segregated, or Iterative node).

If you know the order of magnitude of the dependent variables beforehand, setting the scaling method to Manual for these can improve convergence and the accuracy of the results. For concentration variables, setting the scaling to Initial Value Based can often be a good strategy. The scaling settings are found on the Dependent Variables nodes in the study sequence, and on the individual variable subnodes to this node.
