Real Input
A Real Input node () is a special version of the User Input node that defines a double (a number or a parameter), and the value can be calculated directly without solving. This node is equivalent to a User Input node of the type real. You can add the same subfeatures to a Real Input node as to an User Input node except Activating Allowed Values.
To add a Real Input, first add a feature node or property node (for example, a Generic Feature, Domain Condition, or Device Model Feature), then:
From the contextual toolbar (in this example, Generic Feature, Domain Condition, or Device Model Feature), click the Real Input () button.
Right-click the feature node (in this example, Generic Feature, Domain Condition, or Device Model Feature) and select it from the Inputs submenu.
The Settings window of a real input contains the following sections:
Declaration
Almost the same as for the User Input.
Advanced
See User Input for the settings. For a Real Input there are no settings for ensuring a unique default value.
GUI Options
See User Input for the settings. For a Real Input there is also a Show range button (only applicable for some layouts) checkbox, which is not selected by default.
