When you have enabled the plot array functionality in the Plot Array section in a 2D or 3D plot group node by specifying the
Array type (default value
None) as
Linear or
Square, a
Plot Array section appears for each plot in the group with settings to control the behavior of the individual plots. See
Plot Array for the plot group settings for creating plot arrays.
By default, the Belongs to array checkbox is selected, so that all plots in the plot group are part of the plot array. Clear this checkbox to exclude that plot from the plot array. If desired, select the
Manual indexing checkbox to rearrange the plots in the plot array. You can use the indexing to create “holes” (extra displacement) in the array, for example. For a linear array, enter the 0-based index in the
Index field. For a square plot array, enter 0-based index values in the
Row index and
Column index fields. If you do not use a manual indexing, the plots in the plot array are ordered as the order of the plot nodes in the plot group.
The Apply to dataset edges checkbox is selected by default; clear that checkbox to exclude the dataset edges.
