The Equilibrium Discharge material library is included with the Plasma Module and the Electric Discharge Module. It contains the materials listed in Table 9-36. The values for Air, Argon, Helium, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and Oxygen are based on data from Ref. 1, using sampling intervals of 500 K instead of 100 K. Note that these values are valid only for a pressure of 1 atm, with minimal deviations allowed, and a temperature range of 500–25 000 K. The values for SF6 are based on data from Ref. 2 and Ref. 3. These values are valid for a pressure range of 1–16 atm and a temperature range of 1000–40 000 K. The material property groups (including all associated properties) are listed in Table 9-16.
