Previous Installations

Previous installations of COMSOL are not affected by your new COMSOL 6.4 installation, except that double-clicking a Model MPH file will open it in the latest installation (unless otherwise specified). You can continue to use other versions or uninstall them independently of the latest installation.

In this guide, the term COMSOL 6.4 refers not only to COMSOL Multiphysics 6.4 but also to any of the add-on products, as well as COMSOL Server 6.4 and its add-ons.
