Coupling to Lumped Mechanical System Modeling

You can connect the finite element model obtained from Layered Shell interface to a lumped model obtained from Lumped Mechanical System interface using the Lumped–Structure Connection multiphysics coupling. The displacements obtained from the finite element model at the connection points are transferred to the lumped model. Similarly, the reaction forces obtained from the lumped model are applied to the finite element model.
