Geometry 1(1D)
Use the Geometry  node to define the distillation column geometry. Consider a one-dimensional distillation column that has two sections: rectifying and stripping.
In the Model Builder window, expand the Component 2 (comp2) node.
Interval 1 (i1)

In the Geometry toolbar, locate Primitives section and click Interval .

In the Settings window, locate the Interval section.
Specify the height of the stripping section of the column.

In the Coordinates table, type 0 and Hs on the first and second row respectively.

Click Build Selected .
Interval 2 (i2)

Right-click Interval 1 (i1)  and choose Duplicate .

In the Settings window for Interval 2 (i2) , locate the Interval section.

In the Coordinates table, type Hs and H on the first and second row respectively.

Click Build All Objects .

Click the Zoom Extents  button in the Graphics toolbar.
