Positive Host Capacity Loss
This node is available for the Two electrodes model option. The settings of this node define the host capacity loss that occurs in the positive electrode of the battery due to parasitic reactions on the positive electrode.
The Loss kinetics, positive can be specified by either using a Built in expression or an User defined expression, with respective inputs for the positive electrode. The Built in option calculates a positive loss current based on a Calendar aging time constant that defines the rate of the parasitic reactions on the negative electrode, and dimensionless aging factors dependent on Voltage, Current, Aging history, and Temperature, respectively. All the settings in this node are similar to those described in the Capacity Loss node, except that enabling Voltage specifies the Loss potential (instead of the Offset potential). The User defined option of Loss kinetics, positive can be used to explicitly specify the Loss current, positive.
The positive loss current affects the positive host capacity.
