Ampholyte
Use the Ampholyte node generically to define any species where the average charge depends on the pH of the solution. The Dissociation model can be based either on a set of Equilibrium constants or an Average charge.
When using the Equilibrium constants the Base charge in last dissociation step, z0 (unitless), needs to be set and be defined as an integer.
The Average charge, (unitless) parameter is typically a function of pH and can be added as an analytical function or an interpolation polynomial under Definitions. The average squared charge, used in the electrolyte potential equation, is calculated automatically based on .
