The Acoustic-Acoustic Boundary coupling (

) is used to couple physics interfaces that have scalar pressure field formulations such as
Pressure Acoustics, Frequency Domain,
Pressure Acoustic, Boundary Element, and the
Thermoviscous Acoustics, SLNS Approximation. Two similar physics interfaces can also be coupled, for example, two Pressure Acoustic, Frequency Domain interfaces.
The functionality is similar to the Acoustic BEM–FEM Boundary coupling in the case where Pressure Acoustics, Frequency Domain is coupled to Pressure Acoustics, Boundary Element.
