The Passive Conductor node allows for modeling conducting metallic objects that are not connected to external circuits. The typical use case is a metal that is neither a magnet, nor a laminated core (like copper, or aluminum). As for the
Magnet feature, it supports internal circulating currents constrained by insulating boundary conditions (including interior boundary conditions). It supports soft magnetic materials models comparable to the
Laminated Core feature, but without dedicated settings for laminated materials.
