Thin Elastic Layer, Interface
Use the thin Elastic Layer, Interface node to apply elastic and damping boundary conditions on the interior boundaries of a layered shell.
By adding the Predeformation subnode, you can prescribe that the spring force is zero at a nonzero spring extension.
Interface Selection
Select the interface or interfaces for which this spring condition is to be added.

Only interior interfaces can be selected.
