Explicit Event List
Use the Explicit Event List node () to specify an arbitrary number of explicit events at predefined times, which all change the value of a single discrete state variable.
The state variable defined by the node can, for instance, be used in boundary condition expressions featuring multiple discrete load changes.
Discrete State Variable
The node defines its own discrete state variable, with the Variable name, Description, and Initial value defined according to the corresponding text fields.
Explicit Events
Each row in the table defines an event. For each time defined by the Time(s) column, the value of the state variable is set to the corresponding value in the Reinitialization expression column.
Auxiliary Settings
See Explicit Event regarding the Use consistent initialization checkbox and Period of events settings.
Enable Ignore consecutive identical reinitialization expressions to only create events when the reinitialization expression is different from the previous row in the table.
