About the Material Databases for the Structural Mechanics Module
The Structural Mechanics Module includes these material databases: Liquids and Gases, with temperature-dependent fluid dynamic and thermal properties, MEMS, an extended solid materials library with metals, semiconductors, insulators, and polymers common in MEMS devices, and a Piezoelectric database with over 20 common piezoelectric materials. The materials include temperature-dependent fluid dynamic and thermal properties.
