For Mesh and Volume plots, under Shrink Elements, enter an Element scale factor between 0 and 1 to scale elements in the mesh plot when applicable. The default value is 1, which means no shrinking. Using a smaller value shrinks the size of the elements in the plot accordingly. This effect can be useful for visualizing individual elements and for looking at interior elements in a volume plot.
