Right-click the Template Definition node and select Inputs/Outputs to add an Inputs/Outputs subnode () where you can add input and output content to the form template.

In the Label field, enter a label for the Inputs/Outputs node, if desired.

The tree under Add Content to Target contains all the Forms and Form Collections on the form. Select a node or right-click it to choose Edit Node to move to that node and open its Settings window. For applicable nodes you can also choose Use as Target. The Use as Target selection determines where in the form the Form wizard will place the added form objects. It lets the Template Definition control the layout produced by the Form wizard.
