Use the Porous Electrode Coupling node to define a mass source based on the volumetric current densities of one or multiple
Porous Electrode Reaction nodes in an Electrochemistry interface.
The source (or sink) is proportional to the Molar mass (kg/mol) of the reacting species, the current densities and the stoichiometric coefficients according to Faraday’s law as defined by summation over the Reaction Coefficient subnodes.
Based on the number of species required for the model, use the Add (
) and
Delete ) buttons under the table to add or remove
Species. Then enter a value for the
Molar mass (kg/mol) in the applicable rows for each species.
