The Electroanalysis (tcd) (

) model wizard entry, found under the
Electrochemistry branch (

) adds a
Tertiary Current Distribution, Nernst–Planck interface to the model with the
Electrolyte Charge Conservation Model set to
Electroanalysis by default.
The Tertiary Current Distribution, Nernst-Planck Interface also features options for modeling cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
The default dependent variables are the molar concentrations, c1 and
c2, of the two electroactive species in a redox couple and the electric potential,
phis, which is solved for either in the Electrode or Porous Electrode domain feature.
