Use the External Short node to connect two electrodes over an external connector with a given
Resistance R (SI unit: ohm).
The boundary selected in the External Short node will be set to a constant potential, ϕs,here, and the integrated current over the boundary will be computed according to Ohm’s law:
where ϕs,there (V) is the potential of the connected electrode. Use the
Connected Potential list to choose among available connection potentials for the value of
ϕs,there.
