Use the Compute Displacement subnode (to the Elastic Waves, Time Explicit Model node) to add additional equations for computing the displacement in a point, along an edge, on a surface, or in a domain. The feature is a pure postprocessing type and the variables can be used to visualize displacements. The feature adds and solves an ODE and thus requires additional computational resources. This is necessary since the Elastic Waves, Time Explicit interface uses the velocity-strains formulation of the governing equations. It is recommended to only use the feature where necessary.
