Continuity is available as an option at interfaces between parts in a pair. This condition gives continuity in all the dependent variables: density, velocity, and pressure. It corresponds to a situation where the boundary has no direct effect on the acoustic fields (the subscripts “src” and “dest” in the equation refer to the source and destination, respectively — the two sides of the pair):

Select an identity pair. A pair is automatically created in the geometry when Create pairs is checked in the Form Union/Assembly step.
