Faraday’s Law
The Faraday’s Law node adds Faraday’s law for the electric field and provides an interface for defining the constitutive relation and its associated properties such as the relative permeability as well as electric properties.
Except for two extra options; Resistivity and E-J characteristic, in the Constitutive Relation Jc-E settings, and the important notes listed below, see Ampère’s Law for the rest of the settings.
If E-J characteristic is selected in the Conduction Current settings, the External Current Density node cannot be used to drive currents in that domain selection.
In order to obtain a closed system of equations with this physics interface, the Electrical conductivity (defined under Conduction Current) must be nonzero in all domains.
