Discrete Energy Level (Heterointerfaces)
The Discrete Energy Level subnode is available from the context menu (right-click the parent node) or from the Physics toolbar, Attributes menu for the Trap-Assisted Heterointerface Recombination boundary condition.
The settings for this node are the same as for Discrete Energy Level (Boundaries). The only difference is that now there are two Carrier Capture and Additional Carrier Capture Rate sections, one for each side of the heterojunction.
