Theory for the Magnetic Fields Interface
Simulation of magnetic fields is of interest when studying magnets, motors, transformers, and conductors carrying static or alternating currents.
The Magnetic Fields Interfaceis used for 3D, 2D in-plane, and 2D axisymmetric components. Unless you have a license for the AC/DC Module, only 2D components involving out-of-plane currents and axisymmetric components involving azimuthal currents are supported.
