Since COMSOL does not allow fractional units, the wave functions in all spatial dimensions are set to unitless. The built-in variable for the probability density (schr.Pr by default) has the unit of 1/m in 1D, 1/m2 in 2D or 1D axisymmetry, and 1/m3 in 3D or 2D axisymmetry.
