You can use these Device Constants () in the equations of the same device model or any device model that inherits from it. Right-click the Device Model node to add the Device Constants subnode.

Fill the table with the constants you need for a device model. Enter the Name of the constant, the constant Expression, and the Dimension. The expression must be a constant with respect to device variables, but they can depend on ordinary variables declared outside the device context.
