The Semiconductor materials database is included with the Semiconductor Module and contains the materials listed in Table 9-21. The material property groups (including all associated properties) are listed in Table 9-10.

Table 9-10 also gives the references used for the silicon material properties. The material properties for materials other than Silicon are obtained from Ref. 9 and Ref. 10.
